As an essential service to the Australian public we are conscious of our role within the community and are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that our safety, quality standards or service are not disrupted.
The health and safety of the students we feed, and staff members are of paramount importance to us.

Our action plan is reviewed on a weekly basis and below are some of the key components:

  •  All aspects of social distancing are adhered to under the guidelines provided by Department of Health.
  • Any CTI staff members or student experiencing flu, cold and cough like symptoms, must refrain from attending FREE MEAL INITATIVE and seek medical attention in alignment with current COVID-19 protocols.
  • Any student or staff arriving back from International Travel or who have been exposed to people coming back from International Travel have been advised to stay away from work for 14 days and comply with COVID-19 protocols from the Federal government.

We are using a mixture of the Australian government recommendations, updates from the World Health Organisation and overlaying our own specific considerations as an essential food service.

Thank you for your support and for respecting our decision to minimise any risk of transmission within our students and CTI team, no matter how small the risk. Our collective preparedness and planning will ensure we are all doing our best to protect the communities in which we work.

Yours sincerely,

CTI team
