ASSESSMENT DUE DATES ON MYCTI

by Andrea Sequeira -

Dear Students,

As part of CTI's feedback and continuous improvement processes, consistency across all groups within each course and intent to ensure students visa breaches are avoided due to poor course progress; unit/cluster assessment due dates are being embedded for upcoming units within myCTI.

Whilst the requirement to submit assessments per due dates has been emphasised within class; the update within myCTI intends to provide an additional reminder of the same.

A reminder that if assessments are not submitted by the due date; access to the assessment link will be closed. To thereafter be allowed access for submission of assessments late fees/penalties will become applicable where verifiable compassionate or compelling evidence for the delay cannot be submitted and/or the same has occurred over multiple occasions.

Please note that your trainer will set due dates for resubmissions as well where the same adherence will be required.

As such penalties are present within the Offer Letters issued during the Enrolment stage and reiterated at Orientation sessions; this will take effect immediately.

Harmony Week- 16 - 20 March 2026

by Andrea Sequeira -

Dear Students,

CTI will be celebrating Harmony Week from 16–20 March 2026 across both campuses. During this week, we encourage all to take part in activities that celebrate the diversity of our learning community.

Harmony Week is a great opportunity to recognise and appreciate the many cultures represented within the IT industry and our classrooms.

We encourage you to participate by:

  • Wearing orange during the week, which is the official colour of Harmony Week.
  • Bringing a flag from your home country to share with classmates.
  • Sharing a traditional food from your culture.
  • Giving a short presentation about your culture or technology in your country during class discussions.

These activities help us build a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for everyone.

Your trainer will reach out/discuss this with you. Please feel free to reach out to them.

Thank you for your participation.
