CTI is looking for a 1x Student Services Officer in a Full Time (Casual) role AND 1x Student Services Officer in a Part Time (Casual) role to join our Admin team. We would love to extend this opportunity to our students first.

The responsibilities of the Student Services Officer – Part Time (Casual) will be performing/assisting in (but not limited to):

  • Reception Duties
  • Admissions (International Onshore & Offshore and Domestic Fee For Service)
  • Orientation process
  • Student Attendance
  • Assist with course progress processes
  • Assist with Student Request Processes
  • Filing
  • Effective Communication
  • Assist with student certification processes
  • Liaise with relevant CTI staff
  • Quality assurance (pertaining to tasks undertaken only)

Commencement: Immediate

Days: Wed (Half day/5 hours), Thurs (Full day/7.5 hours + 30 min break) & Fri (Full day/ 7.5 hours + 30 min break)

The responsibilities of the Student Services Officer – Full Time (Casual) will be performing/assisting in (but not limited to):

  • CTI Payments Processes.
  • Course Progress Monitoring, Student Interventions and Study Plan creations.
  • Reception Duties (occasional basis/if needed)
  • Admissions (International Onshore & Offshore and Domestic Fee For Service) (occasional basis/ if needed)
  • Orientation process (occasional basis/ if needed)
  • Effective Communication
  • Liaise with relevant CTI staff and students
  • Quality assurance (pertaining to tasks undertaken only)

Commencement: Effective 23/02/2023

Days: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) (inclusive of 30 min break/day)

 Candidate applying for either roles must exhibit the below qualities:

  1. Confident in communicating and delivery of information to relevant staff in daily tasks.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Reasonable experience with working through huge data reports.
  4. Empathetic and assertive.
  5. Efficient.
  6. Ability to grasp processes quickly and where applicable contribute/suggest improvement.
  7. Team player as well as able to work individually.
  8. Experience in Student Management & Learning Management Systems (desirable)
