Being away from home and loved ones isn't easy.
With the COVID situation in India, we understand you may be feeling stressed or anxious thinking about family and friends back home.
As you continue your studies whilst supporting loved ones in India, it is extremely important you take care of yourself.
We want to help you cope during this difficult time - this webinar is designed to help you take care of your mental health and seek support for your wellbeing if you need it. It is not a counselling session.

- Learn how to look after your mental wellbeing – including tips to eat, sleep and exercise better.
- How to have a conversation about your wellbeing with friends and health professionals
