Dear students,
To comply with the attendance requirements of the ESOS ACT 2019, your class timetable and attendance will be split into 2 sessions as listed below:
CLASSES SCHEDULED FOR 9 AM-5 PM
SESSION 1- AM Classes from 9 am-12:30 pm
SESSION 2- PM Classes from 1 pm-4 pm
CLASSES SCHEDULED FROM 3 PM-9 PM
SESSION 1- Classes from 3 PM-6 PM
SESSION 2- Classes from 6:30 PM-9 pm
EVENING CLASSES SCHEDULED FROM 5 PM-9 PM
SESSION 1- Classes from 5 PM-7 PM
SESSION 2- Classes from 7:15PM-9pm
As per the sessions listed above, you will be marked ABSENT on the attendance roll for a session if you are not present.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time without genuine reason; you will be marked ABSENT for that session.
The Overall Attendance % will be calculated based on the data entered within both sessions.
