Dear CTI Students & Staff,
Certain parts of Queensland will go into a snap lock from today 31st JULY until Tuesday 3rd AUGUST 4pm.
During this lockdown, you will only be able to leave your homes for essential reasons:
- obtaining essential goods
- essential work, school or childcare
- exercise with only one person from outside the household
- caring for a vulnerable person or seeking medical treatment or a COVID-19 vaccination or test.
The local government areas to lockdown include Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redlands, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Noosa, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim.
As such, effective from 4pm today 31/07/2021 until the lockdown seizes Tuesday, 03/08/2021 all scheduled classes will be held/delivered online via Zoom/Skype. No students or staff will be allowed on campus during this period as access to the building will be shut.
Students whose classes are scheduled on 02/08/2021 and/or 03/08/2021 will receive an invite from trainer's via email to participate. Your attendance will be marked based on your participation.
All Commercial Cookery groups that are scheduled for practical/kitchen classes only on 02/08/2021 & 03/08/2021; please await a separate specific group broadcast for further instructions.
